Valentine's Day isn't just about romance; it's about self-love too.  This year, stroke survivors celebrated by expressing themselves creatively through a special floral arrangement workshop on February 11, 2025.  Hosted by @plantflorapy on Instagram, the session offered a therapeutic experience, using flowers as a medium for healing and self-discovery.

Participants learned more than just arranging bouquets; they discovered the importance of patience, self-care, and the joy of creating something beautiful.  The flowers provided a canvas for self-expression, allowing participants to channel emotions and creativity into their arrangements.

Beyond physical rehabilitation, stroke recovery is also a path to self-care, renewed confidence, and rediscovering joy.

This Valentine's Day floral workshop reminded everyone that self-love is crucial, especially during recovery. It provided a supportive space for stroke survivors to connect with their creativity and celebrate their resilience.
