Singapore’s First Stroke-Focused Adaptive Gym

S3’s Summit offers a pioneering, safe, and fully accessible environment specifically designed for stroke survivors, bridging rehabilitation with long-term fitness.

Expert-Led,
Tailored Recovery

Benefit from clinically trained fitness specialists and rehab professionals who provide personalised programmes and guidance, ensuring your journey to improved strength, mobility, and confidence is effective and safe.

Comprehensive
Continuum of Care

Beyond traditional rehab, our gym provides specialised adaptive equipment and integrated wellness services, empowering you to sustain progress, reduce risks, and enhance your overall well-being.

What We Offer

Summit Readiness Assesment

Before starting at S3 Summit, our team will review each individual’s medical and stroke history, body composition, functional assessment of physical abilities, and training readiness. This helps us identify the appropriate level of support and tailor a training programme to their needs from the start, within a safe, clinically guided, and stroke-adaptive environment.

Basecamp Training Programme (Mandatory)

A mandatory customised, starter programme for members beginning their gym training after stroke. Across ten expert-led sessions, members will learn to build a strong foundation in strength, cardiovascular endurance, and power, while learning how to train safely and effectively within the gym environment, its equipment, and basic training principles.

Sessions run at a 1:1 or 1:2 trainer-to-member ratio.

Ascend Training Programme (Optional)

A follow-on training programme designed for members who have completed Basecamp but require continued guidance before transitioning to independent gym use, or for those with specific activity-based goals requiring guided training and progression.

Through Ascend, members continue building on the foundation developed in Basecamp while strengthening their confidence, competence, and independence in training, supporting a smoother transition towards independent gym access over time.

Summit Access

An ongoing membership for members who are ready to train more independently after Basecamp or/and Ascend. Summit Access includes Flexi Gym Access, allowing members to train on their own schedule, alongside Group Classes that provide added structure and motivation within the community, both in a supervised, stroke-safe environment.

Integrated
Rehabilitation Services

Beyond fitness, we offer a holistic approach to your well-being:

Physiotherapy:
Restore movement, strength,
and mobility.

Occupational Therapy:
Enhance daily living skills and upper limb function.

Speech Therapy:
Improve communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills.
